Founded in 1994 by Bruno Paneghini, Reti is one of the main Italian player in the IT Consulting sector, specialized in System Integration Services.
Benefit Company, Certified B Corporation and recently listed on Euronext Growth Milan, it supports Mid & Large Corporate in their digital transformation journey thanks to its over 400 highly qualified professionals, offering services of IT Solutions, Business Consulting and Managed Service Provider realized through the major Key Enabling Technologies (KET).
The company boasts a portfolio of over 100 loyal customers mainly operating in the “IT spending” sectors such as BFSI, IT, Telco and Manufacturing, as well as long-standing partnership with the major international IT Vendors (Microsoft: golden partnership, Apple, Cisco, Oracle, etc.). The business mission of Reti is to deliver a high quality and tailored service: together with its team of experts, Reti projects, develops and applies IT solutions in order to support the customer to solve any technology issue and to find new business opportunities.

Campus is a result (still on work) of a renovation activity based on a historical industrial factory of 20.000 meters square. In order to live concretely the relation with its clients, partners, stakeholders and the closer communities, Reti is working to transform all the available spaces of the Campus in smart buildings with the intention to favor the exchange of technology, people and ideas, paying attention to the concepts of the environmental sustainability

È di marca Olivettiana l’imprinting imprenditoriale di Bruno Paneghini, che ad Ivrea, muovendo i primi passi della sua brillante carriera, respirò i principi di quell’insuperato modello di sviluppo che riusciva a coniugare il miglior spirito industriale, una forte vocazione all’innovazione e un’autentica e concreta attenzione allo sviluppo del territorio e delle comunità d’appartenenza.
Uno spirito, una vocazione e un’attenzione che Bruno Paneghini ha poi voluto e saputo trasferire a Busto Arsizio, città che gli ha dato i natali e alla quale dal 1994 ha legato l’ormai venticinquennale progetto imprenditoriale di Reti SpA.
Andrea Bombelli
Laureato in Economia e Gestione aziendale con specializzazione nel terziario e servizi commerciali presso l’Università Cattolica di Milano, inizia la sua esperienza in RETI nel 2007 nell’area Commerciale, seguendo la stesura di tutti gli accordi contrattuali. Nel 2013 assume un ruolo di coordinamento nella stessa area, diventando il punto di contatto fra l’anima produttiva e quella amministrativa dell’azienda. Nel 2015 conclude il Programma di Sviluppo Manageriale presso SDA Bocconi School of Management di Milano. Dal 2017 assume il ruolo di Direttore Commerciale. Dal 2021 ricopre anche la carica di Responsabile d’Impatto.
