Team and Mentorship
You will be a vital part of our Digital Innovation practice, working within dynamic teams dedicated to driving digital transformation and innovation projects. Your mentor will be the Head of GEA Digital, providing you with invaluable guidance and insights from their wealth of experience.

Location
Our headquarters are located in the heart of Milan, near the iconic San Babila square. Additionally, we are in the process of opening a cutting-edge Innovation Hub within the Milan Innovation District (MIND), offering a truly immersive and innovative work environment.

Role description
As a Digital Innovation Analyst at GEA, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our clients and helping them stay ahead of the competition. Your responsibilities will include:
•Leading digital transformation and innovation projects for clients across various sectors, from initial planning to successful implementation and rollout.
•Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, set timelines, and define project processes.
•Harnessing the power of emerging technologies such as AI, Internet of Things, and the Metaverse to design groundbreaking projects.
•Directly engaging with key project stakeholders, empathizing with their needs, and crafting bespoke digital solutions from the ground up.
•Thriving in a diverse and multidisciplinary team environment.
•Building valuable partnerships with external leaders across industries and managing our network of Federated Innovation and Milano Innovation District.
•Regularly measuring project performance against KPIs and providing comprehensive reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.

Academic Background / Skills Required:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
•A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in STEM or economics-related fields.
•Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
•Microsoft Office
•Preferably general knowledge in AI, AR/VR
